This site was created and is maintained by Terry Hardy. All articles on this site were written by Terry Hardy except where noted.  Terry Hardy has over 25 years of engineering experience and has written numerous papers in the areas of safety analyses and risk management.  He has performed engineering, safety, emergency management, and risk management activities for a number of commercial and government organizations including NASA, FAA, and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Terry Hardy is the author of books on system safety and emergency management, and is a regular contributor to the Journal of System Safety. He  holds a BS degree in chemical engineering, an MS degree in chemical engineering, and an MS degree in civil engineering.

Terry Hardy founded Great Circle Analytics, LLC, www.gcirc.com, to provide system safety, emergency management, and software assurance products and services.
